Coaches and Directors
As a seasoned head coach with 12 years of experience and a 301 certification, I'm dedicated to helping athletes achieve their goals in the pool. My swimming career spans over two decades, including competing at the Olympic Trials in Montreal (2011). My passion is helping athletes achieve their goals, from recreational to elite levels. I believe swimming develops discipline, resilience, and teamwork skills essential for success in and out of the pool.
With over 10 years of coaching experience, I'm thrilled to be working with the Junior/Senior, TAG, and Mini Marlins groups this season. I'm committed to ongoing education and currently completing my Coaching Level 201 certification. I've also had the privilege of participating in the Swim Alberta Future Coaches program for two years and have taken numerous courses to enhance my coaching skills. As a former competitive swimmer with 10 years of experience, I understand the value of sport in shaping young lives. The highlight of my coaching career is providing opportunities for youth to discover the joy of swimming, achieve individual success, and grow into confident and capable athletes both on and off the pool deck. I'm excited for a fantastic season ahead!
I am a NCCP level 2 certified swim coach, with 16 years of coaching experience and a passion for helping swimmers reach their goals.
