Start Date: September 16^th, 2024

End Date: June 18th, 2025 - qualified swimmers will have a later end date

Group Focus

• For swimmers age 10-13
• Learn to Train/Train to Train stage of LTAD model
• Develop racing strategies and expand event repertoire
• Compete at Provincials

In Water Sessions (6 Practices / Week)

Dryland Sessions (1 Session / week)
