Group Focus

• For swimmers age 8-11
• The main focus of this group is all skill based.
•  Technique in all four strokes; Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle. Along with establishing consistent work off  the blocks and off the walls.
• Perfecting Skills for advancement into Tag
