Coaches shoutout : Rowynn Biffart is on her 3rd day of racing. Some solid morning performances from Rowynn so far being life time best morning swims for her 200 Breast and 200IM. She was able to snag a PB in the 100 fly yesterday and finished 5th overall in her Junior final going a 1:01.4 and lowering her club record in that event! Rowynn still has several more swims over the next few days and we wish her all the luck we can from at home and on the pool deck! Well done Rowynn!!
